Guest guest Posted March 11, 2002 Report Share Posted March 11, 2002 To all of you who have asked about toxic mercury levels in fish: Avoid those with the highest mercury levels: blue crabs from the Gulf, Chilean seabass, Atlantic cod, grouper, halibut, mahimahi and swordfish. The following fish are always safe to eat (re:Hg): farm grown catfish, trout, scallops and salmon. DR. RICHARD L.
