OT(?): What can I sub for evaporated milk in recipe?

I've got a recipe that calls for evaporated milk. For regular milk I'd use rice

milk (our daughter is GFCF mostly SF). & nbsp;What can I sub for the evaporated

milk to get the same consistency?
