I am a musician and my hands bare the brunt of the work and so my hands and wrists get inflamed when I practice more than usual. The swelling got progressively worse the more VS I added. Interestingly the swelling has gotten better since adding OLE/Lysine. I am at 1500mg of each 3x per day. If I miss my regular time to take the next dose of OLE my hands start to swell again.
