NTMCNEWS BRIEF:

Carroll-Bower founded the Coalition and

Foundation in March of 2002 because of her own

exposure to Carbon Monoxide and Stachybotrus Chartarum

(Toxic Mold) and upon realizing that the issues were

widespread in the U.S. and other countries. Not enough

was being done collectively. There were no resources

for victims specifically from Toxic Mold. The

Foundation is for Victims needs. We are presently

working to open a warehouse and transportation

facility to transport to victims: non-perishable food,

clothing, household furnishings and funds for

relocations. Your donations will go to that effort.

All donations are tax deductible. Our newsletter will

advise on when and where these donations came from and

when and where they are going.

We have " DECLARED; WAR ON TOXIC MOLD! " To win a war

you must use weapons. Our weapons include the truth,

numbers of victims, publicity, and legislation.

Our Coalition is Numbers of people to help each other,

with support groups, because Toxic Mold, is difficult

to go through alone, difficult for anyone to

understand who has not been there! Agencies listen to

numbers and then names! Our numbers and names, will

contribute time and effort into solving the mold

issues by EDUCATION and AWARENESS because TOXIC MOLD,

is effecting so many lives from state to state,

country to country. Collectively we will " Expose the

Exposures " so to speak!

We will not tolerate lies, gossip or otherwise

defaming comments and will agressively pursue

correction of derogatory comments about the validity

of our claims. We will offer discounted Paralegal and

free LEGAL referrals to our members. We will take an

active part in legislative moves, lobbying, and

Petitions to Congress and the Whitehouse.

We will utilize every LEGAL, MEDICAL, CONGRESSIONAL

and POLITICAL avenue available or discovered by us,

for our own resource in RESOLUTIONS. We will house an

arbitration board and resolution panel of 12 members.

We will establish COALITION AND FOUNDATION BOARD

MEMBERS IN EACH STATE AND COUNTRY AS NEEDED. We will

be bound together for a common cause, to make AWARE,

the dangers, the neglect, and the outright blatant

CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE AND FRAUD, of some of these cases

of Toxic Mold. We will offer rewards to reporters of

these crimes. We will request LAW ENACTMENT to stop

the criminal negligence involved in selling or renting

a property known to have prior TOXIC mold contaminants

within. We will gain a reputation, as a TOUGH

COALiTION AND A CARING FOUNDATION, and set an example

in our suffering for others. We will demand EDUCATION

for the Private Medical Sector, so they do not

knowingly or accidently leave victims to die from the

effects of Toxic Mold.

WE WILL MARCH FOR OUR CAUSE AND MARCH HARD!

We will welcomE Canada and any other Nation in this

effort who have toxic mold issues.

Membership annual dues are listed at our website. Our

first newsletter goes out the first week in May. If

you have pictures or briefs to contribute to the

monthly newsletter please do so. We accept letters to

the Editor for publication and we have a classified

section for advertising. Ads are 20 words or less,

$5.00 per week, VERY REASONABLE, BECAUSE WE CARE!

KNOW that some in congress will get this newsletter!

Board members are being placed in each state and in

each county in Canada as they choose to join our

Coalition or Foundation. If there is anything I have

felt right about in life it is this organization. We

need you, and we care for you!
