Need help again from you HR people

DS, 25, failed a " corporate compatibility " test after two good interviews at an

assisted living place where he would like to work. Now they may agree to let him

have modifications and RETAKE test by having it read out loud to him, they did

let him use a calculator.

Where can I find some examples or samples of this type test? He filled out a

very long application today online for Fresh Market that had some similar

questions, so it was GREAT to get to work with him and talk to him about

reasoning these stupid tests. For example, it wanted to know if you have a

co-worker with dire financial straits, and you see her take something do you 1.

tell mgr 2. tell her about financial assistance. 3. loan her money ... well DS

picked " Loan her $$! " That was his problem at JobCorps, anybody could get money

out of him.

Another one that neither I or my husband could answer was " Who is responsible

for insuring that safe work practices are followed? " 1. Safety experts, 2.

superiors 3. managers 4. safety trainee or 5. employees. " seems to me bottom

up, start with employees, but I HAVE NO IDEA! I never had to do this.

Who comes up with this stuff!!! Anyway, figure there must be some similar ones

out there if anybody has some ideas.
