Guest guest
In response to questions on tests recommended by NTMC, for Mold exposure. First, always remember that even Medicine is not an exact science. If it were not important to have an IG or IGG test then I would not have written it. I am not a medical doctor however, I have extensive training in disasters. I also have two years nursing school and Paramedics. My doctor did not know the test to run. I had to tell him. Most family practitioners don't routinely even suspect mold as the culprit. They are not highly trained in that area. Not everyone has access to a Toxicologist which would be the physcician of choice. My Ig and Igg was highly elevated. One detects past exposure and one detects current or ongoing exposure. The inability to diagnose at all or incorrectly and other reasons are why I have mal-practice suits going, on my own case. Certainly it would explain why the schools in Texas where the mold is prevalent and causing health issues, are only allowing those not involved in suits, to have the tests done by the county. Those involved in suit have to find other resources for the tests. Sad and discriminatory. By the way I am a Paralegal with 20 years experience in Texas Courts, and as a former court appointed investigator for both criminal and civil cases, as well as insurance fraud. Does that help you guess my age? Didn't drop off a turnip truck yesterday. ,NTMC --- Gil Vice <gilvice@...> wrote: > Would any doctor reading this please comment on the > significance of these > tests.
