Guest guest
<<Dr. Natasha about it. She recommended putting a Biokult into a neti pot solution >> , Thanks for posting this info. I have been using a neti pot now for about 2 weeks to treat what has become chronic sinusitis. It seems to be helping a lot. Someone suggested to me to add GSE to the water and I have been. Dr. Natasha's advice sounds great also. How much do you use and how often, etc. Thanks for your help, Millie
Guest guest
Millie, I use a pint container, put in 1 tsp celtic salt (you can use more if you want), about 1/4 tsp baking soda and mix, Use this to flush as often as you want. When my kids are mucousy, we usually flush each nostril two times, twice a day. We essentially flush until they clear all the mucous. Dr. N. said to break 1 Biokult open into the solution. I haven't used GSE for that--it is a pretty strong solution and might irritate your nasal membranes. I have taken it orally, but don't seem to tolerate it. I don't think I would want to put that up my nose, but it may be OK. If you use GSE, I wouldn't put it in the same water as the Biokult. Millie Krejci wrote: <<Dr. Natasha about it.
