Guest guest
Hi -- Someone just asked for information on green tea and arthritis -- There is an article at the about.com website: http://arthritis.about.com/health/arthritis/library/weekly/aa080299.htm you have to copy and paste that address because my window is not wide enough to accomodate the whole thing! The About.com arthritis site has LOTS of good information and is at http://arthritis.about.com On green tea itself -- I am a devotee of green tea, but I am not sure it helps my arthritis. I know it is helping my weight problem -- when I get to dreaming about a bag of chips I just brew up a cup of cha instead! I prefer genmai cha, a green tea made with roasted rice that is low on caffeine and tastes marvelous. But does it help my arthritis? All I know is that it makes me happy, and that can't hurt! ===== , NJ Highlands raharris@... __________________________________________________
