Where can I learn more about the GAPS Diet?

I ordered a book online but it will probably take 2+ weeks to get

here. I'm wondering if there's any information online about GAPS? I

can't seem to find any website or any information at all.

GAPS book mostly describes the science/biology of the gut & neurology connection, with a legal and illegal food list (almost identical to SCD), how to introduce dairy, and a few recipes. If you can view videos online there is an interview.
