The state is preparing for mosquito season and protecting the state from the West Nile virus. Wednesday Governor Glendening met with his Pesticide Council to discuss their plans for 2002. The state is also waging war on gypsy moths. The Department of Agriculture is set to announce an aerial spraying program that will take place in thirteen counties across the state.
