Guest guest
Joe -- Any treatment plan starts with an appropriate and ACCURATE diagnosis and " cause " identification. Dr. Marinkovich leverages both IgG and IgE (most only use IgE) to achieve this. Therefore, I would see this step as the first most helpful element. The next most helpful element involves the art and skill of listening. Dr. Marinkovich took the time required to hear about my situation, review test results from within my home, and discuss the various sympthoms I was experiencing. After these things, Dr. Marinkovich made treatment recommendations that did NOT include steroid-based inhalers. His approach treats the cause, not just the symptom(s). Beyond that, each treatment plan is unique to the patient; therefore, what benefits I saw may not apply to another individual. May I ask -- why are you so intrigued by my post? Dr. Marinkovich is also my treating physician. I am glad he was able to help you. After several months of seeing a " general practitioner " > and a " lung " specialist -- who treated my symptoms, NOT the core of my illness -- I was fortunate enough to find Dr. Marinkovich.
