Guest guest
Hi Donna Unfortunately YES I did 'view' the sugar cubes, put me right off white sugar for the rest of my life. However Diane Kamperman is right. We should only eat what we need in the form of energy to burn, but let us be honest, we do not. I notice that if I am physical all through the day, I tend to eat more at evening dinner. Likewise if I am having a lazy day, well Hermes puts the weight on! How one calculates the calories required to burn when mowing the grass, I have not figured out yet. Instead I guess, a cheese and pickle sandwich and off I jolly well go! They have just released a survey tonight on " Housecall " The Mayo Clinic Newsletter. I found it a very interesting read, all about being physically active. Mind you I am glad they did not telephone me to participate, as my exercise was not mentioned! Love and God Bless Gillian The whole imposing edifice of modern medicine is like the celebrated tower of Pisa- slightly off balance.
