ee man says air in home causing family sickness

SHAWNEE, Okla. - A man says he and his family are sick, and he believes

something dangerous within his own home is causing the problem.

Troy Snider says it's the air within the house that's causing the illness.

Snider said he and his family became ill in November of last year. He lives

in government housing and believes those in charge aren't doing enough to

find out what's making his loved ones sick. Even the family's doctor

recommended the family move.

" When I showed them that up here at the Housing Authority, they told me

'You'd have to prove it. We don't believe it's coming from there,' " he said.

Randy on, with the ee Housing Authority disagrees with Snider's

assessment.

" Obviously, we don't have a lot of information to support that, " he said.

" We just need to take whatever action we need to address his issues. "

The housing authority says it will not move the family until test results

come back that prove the air is causing the illness.
