I thought this article was interesting. ...not only as a reminder for

myself that I need to work-out more, but that I should make a point to

ensure physical activity is part of 's routine especially as she

gets older (since people w/DS experience early onset of age related

disorders). Rick, I know you have been super with teaching Jan to work-out regularly. Great role model! WTG
