i'm feeling a little discouraged right now and i really need to hear some

positive things that

have occurred by doing the gaps/scd diet. i'm just worried i'm putting all of us

through

something we don't need. we have leaky guts but if we just up the fermented

foods and

probiotics wouldn't that be enough? i just feel like making them eat only a

couple of foods

for a while can't be good for them. if anyone has any help for us i really need

it!
