Guest guest
Hi, Millie, My name is , I started the BED diet after doing the SCDiet for a year and a half, along with intense bio-med w/DAN!. I have found little support/info when it comes to children. I was wondering how long you gave other diets a try, and if you are doing bio-med stuff with it? I love BED we have had great success. I was hoping you might share your experiences. Did you stay away from meat? My children are having a hard time not being able to have seconds on meat, coming from SCD makes the transition hard. My children also have the A blood type so they should stay away from meat anyway. Do the enzymes, and Betaine/HCL help. I would love any info. We do fresh raw goat kefir(live grain), and goat yogurt. The coconut kefir is too expensive to buy, and it's hard to find the coconuts to make. I follow the principles as best I can, along with the proper combinations(not easy). Thank you for your time,

Guest guest
The recipe in Nourishing Traditions is good; you can substitute rendered chicken fat for the raw butter. I also buy Mousse Trufee from Trader Joe's-not perfect but delicious and nutritious! My baby eats it by the spoonful. It has aspic on top and truffle bits in the pate.Maureenps Very OT: Where do you buy your liver pate??? I need to get some liver into our family.
