Guest guest
So I’ve been given VERY little notice to prepare a presentation for the grade 4, 5 and 6 classes TOMORROW MORNING, for 5-6 minutes about Asperger’s Syndrome, before they watch the Coulter video “Intricate Minds 3 – Understanding classmates who are differentâ€. I’m kinda freaking out – lol. Not because I don’t have a PLETHORA of information to share, but because I’m not sure how much to share, and what’s going to be the most effective. I’m thinking keeping it to behaviours they might have seen at school, etc… is best. But I want to focus on STRENGTHS, and looking past the difficult stuff, etc… Any advice? Has anyone else given this type of a presentation? I’m so thrilled the school is open to this type of awareness, but I’m really at a loss on how to present this to them !! Thanks in advance for any PROMPT replies (cause seriously, tomorrow morning? EEK! Lol) =)
