Mold causing concern at some Sheridan schools

SHERIDAN - First the Sheridan School District had to explain a 'mysterious

rash' that showed up on students.

Now, mold is causing concern at some schools.

One classroom at Chapman High School has been roped off while crews clean

the room. Mold has also been found at two other classrooms at Chapman

Elementary School.

Last month dozens of kids in Sheridan had a rash that showed up on arms,

legs and even necks. Doctors still aren't sure what caused it.

A cleaning crew is scheduled to come in Friday to clean the mold from the

affected schools.
