I Have Mold

I really need some help. I have mold in my manufactured home. It is

only 9.5 years old. The dealer did not set it up right. Well the

roofer said that they left some important things off. I spoke with a

State employee and he said they did not inspect the home they just

let the dealer put their sticker on it. I need an attorney. I do not

know where to start. I live in a small town in Alabama and the

attorney's here think the time is up to file a lawsuit. I also need

to know the effects on humans. Myself and my son have been sick for

years. The doctors had no clue as to what was wrong with us until we

discovered the mold now we have to have alot of test but we need to

know what kind. We had to move out of our home because my son has

been sick for over 3 months without a break. We have been out for 1

month and he is still sick. We spent today at the doctor. It's an

infection in his lungs again.(3 times in 3 months)and that does not

inclued sinus problems. He just turned 10 and has not went more than

2 or 3 months without going to the doctor since we bought the home.

Please Help, I can deal with being sick but seeing my son sick every

day is hard.
