Barbara and Pat:

Thanks for speaking your mind! You speak for all of

us. This is nothing new from the uneducated,

unaffected.... You should have read or heard what a

Dr. Wintermeyer, affilited with IU Medical

School, told in the state of Indiana recently

regarding toxic mold exposure... something to the

extent that it was not very common that it caused more

than allergic reactions and it's mainly hype and

sensationalism....and rarely do people have to leave

their home and belongings due to this problem. What

do you think about that?

And wonder why people in that area can get no help?

At one point this was on the website at:

www.wibc.com. Might check it out and let them know

how UNCOMMON it is.... Dr. Dunne would sure be

welcome to stay in our home too. We were told it was

some of the highest leves the company had seen. I've

considered using it as a lab house like Melinda

Ballard has done.

Hey, that's it...any unbelieving takers? Cheap

rent... that might help us continue to pay the

mortgage

on a home we cannot live in....

Remember the audience here Dr. Dunne - This is not a

list subscribed to

by the average citizen but from many damaged people.

" Code " words are

used because we all know what they mean from tragic

personal

experiences. Many are too ill to frame scientifically

correct, annotated posts -

shared experience allows for the short hand. We are

not referring to

ALL forms of molds in ALL amounts as being dangerous

to ALL people.

However, just because a substance is ubiquitous in the

environment (like

pesticides!), does not mean it is harmless. Also, our

continuous exposures

to many synthetic toxicants around us reduces our

ability to manage the

natural ones, particularly in buldings with very poor

ventilation

(recirculated air).
