Hi ya,

Don't know if I am much help. Ds 15, dx at 14. But as far as the interview thing

goes, I would role play to death!! Ask questions they may ask, discuss why it's

an inapproriate answer. Teach him to look at persons ear if can't look at

interviewee. Etc

Anyway just suggestions, you have probably tried these.
