Guest guest
We are also noticing lots of irritability and emotional fragility in my more sensitive child. We are up to 6 Bio-Kult a day, as per the week 3 protocol, I haven't felt the need to go slower because no one has gotten headaches or anything else particularly alarming. It's really just the mood stuff for us. My oldest has also had a bit of a harder time with his stools (not full-fledged constipation though). Re: [ ] What die-off reactions are you seeing? Katy,We noticed crankiness/irritabe (big time), one daughter was constipated for awhile (maybe more related to diet change than die off), headaches, tummy aches, muscle aches, moody. I think some people do have stool reactions, but ours were more whole body reactions. If you up the Biokult slowly, you may not notice anything. .. Guest guest
Bonnie, many people interpret a toxin issue as a die-off symptom even if it doesn't arise from killing candida but from feeding it or other pathogens.
