Katy,

We noticed crankiness/irritabe (big time), one daughter was constipated

for awhile (maybe more related to diet change than die off), headaches,

tummy aches, muscle aches,  moody.  I think some people do have stool

reactions, but ours were more whole body reactions.  If you up the

Biokult slowly, you may not notice anything.

my son wakes up very early in the morning crying when i up his dose. he gets

headaches

and just doesn't feel good. i get whole body aches, my lower back is the worst

but after a

few days and using a heating pad it goes away. then when we've had a few good

days i up

it again, very slowly i do 1/2 a cap at a time. first i increase the morning

dose then a few

days later i up the night dose.
