What die-off reactions are you seeing?

Our kids are on Bio-Kult but just taking 2 capsules a day (1 in morning, 1 in evening).

We have not stepped up the dosage yet so we don't yet see any die-off reactions

but I want to prepare their preschool teachers for what they might experience.

Can anyone tell me what kind of die-off reactions they've experienced. I'm guessing

there is stinky flatulence and unusual stools, but I have no idea.
