GAPS intro

I'm waiting for my GAPS book to be shipped, and it is going to take up

to 3-4 weeks!!!

Could someone outline the main differences between GAP and SCD so that

I can sorta start early? There is so little info on this online.

Here's what I know about GAPS so far:

juicing (introduced later?)

dairy intro is delayed (one month?)

emphasis on raw and fermented foods

other non-food detox steps

Is there anything I'm missing? Does Camp-McB recommend a 2 day intro

diet similar to SCD?
