Hello Fellow Parents -

My four year old son has Asperger's. He is very high functioning, but needs a

bit of help with social skills. He has friends, but often zones out when

playing with something he likes, like his trains for example.

We are hoping to get him into an integrated school in the fall (still waiting

for our IEP meeting), but would love to see him in a summer program, as well.

Can anyone recommend a great summer camp for kids with Aspergers? We prefer

Floortime (my son has responded well to it) over A.B.A., and wonder if there are

any camps out there that specialize in this model, or at least have a

progressive over all approach?

Best,

I think the Learning Spring school might have a summer program. They are a school for kids with autism. Check them out at: http://www.learningspring.org
