Does anyone have a particular brand they like? I use enzymes with

everything and although I keep my son pretty much gf/cf, I do allow

infractions with the HNI enzymes. Is goat's milk yogurt gf/cf? I just

bought some from my local HFS on a whim and gave it to my son (with

some enzymes)......HE DEVOURED IT!!! Then he brought me the empty

container and did his little " I want more " sounds. I would love to have

it on hand, but only if it's good stuff.

It's great for him if he tolerates it! It's actually a good sign if he tolerates

it, it means his

gut is healing. Lately,I'm able to give my son small servings of sheep's milk

yogurt. its

gluten free but not casein free. The brand we use is Old Chatham Hill

Sheepherding

Company.

It's the green container with the black sheep and we get it at whole foods.

It's sooooo good, sometimes I mix a little jam in it and it's a treat for both

of us

Dani.
