swallowing air and gassy stomach

If it's not one GI problem then it's another....

My daughter recently has started a new stim where she continuously has her

hands in her mouth and swallows air. This is causing her to have a really gassy

often extended stomach and frequent bowel movements. I really don't know what to

do..... Nor do I know if that is the only reason why recently she has gone off

her food again, but something is bothering her guts.

Any thoughts??
