Guest guest
To all of those fine people who send me copies of Connel's remarks, thanks, but you do not need to do that. The Lawfirm is putting together a file on him. Other newspapers and TV stations have made the same comment....."Dr. Lipsey is the only consulting expert witness toxicologist in the US who has a PhD degree in mold poisons." No one has every sucessfully refuted that comment that I know of, but time will tell. My PhD research and degree(University of Illinois in 1972) was in the harmful effects of methyl mercury, a mold fungicide. It is on file at the Univ. of Illinois, regardless of the misinformation you may have read planted falsely by insurance industry lies. Yet, some of my clients in mold exposure cases are Hartford Insurance, Allstate, State Farm, various contractors and builders and a major hotel chain. So I am not the enemy just because I also take plaintiff cases. Twenty six years of testifying in federal and state courts all over the US for and against the insurance industry ia bound to have resulted in me making a few enemies. I can understand that, and feel sorry for those who have to earn their living attacking others. DR. RICHARD L. LIPSEY PROFESSOR AND TOXICOLOGIST U. OF NORTH FLORIDA (OSHA CERT.) U. Guest guest
Dear Dr. Lipsey I have been diagnosed after blood testing and through my symptoms with severly restricted pulmonary funtion, T, B NK cells at 38%, and 11200(mc,mcg? whatever the measurement is) of stacybotris in my blood(very high I am told for two months after leaving the environment), aspergillus high and some other molds high, no permanent damage on nerve conduction or eeg testing showing. I have been given zantac and clarinex to boost the immune system as well as told to take vitamin c, and e with selenium, I was given sporanox to kill the mold. I run my own business and am losing it due to the mental malfuntions I am experiencing. I feel like I did several years ago after receiving a concussion. But what I need help with is understanding just how this mycotoxin is causing the brain, pulmonary and other problems in my body? How does it attack? How is it causing damage to my lungs that severly restricts the function? I have been out of the environment for five months now and see no improvement-except for the extreme fatigue is now only severe fatigue. How long will this last? Are there other treatments for this condition than what I have been given? If so what? and how does it work? I tried to get a doctor in Arizona for a second opinion but his assistant just blew me off. If you cannot answer these questions where can I go to find these answers? Where are the clinical studies that show how molds attack the human body and where are the clinical studies that show what treatments are most effective for the many different symptoms of this disease? I appreciate any help you could give me. I don't feel that I can go on like this much longer. >From: RLLIPSEY87@... >Reply- > , MBallardAl@..., >HealthRights@... >CC: ToxicMoldSurvivors >Subject: [] Credentials are solid >Date: Sun, 3 Mar 2002 21:34:34 EST > > > To all of those fine people who send me copies of >Connel's remarks, thanks, but you do not need to do that. >The Lawfirm is putting together a file on him. > > Other newspapers and TV stations have made the same >comment.....
