=============

To all of those fine people who send me copies of

Connel's remarks, thanks, but you do not need to do that.

The Lawfirm is putting together a file on him.

Other newspapers and TV stations have made the same

comment..... " Dr. Lipsey is the only consulting expert

witness toxicologist in the US who has a PhD degree in mold

poisons. " No one has every sucessfully refuted that comment

that I know of, but time will tell.

My PhD research and degree(University of Illinois in

1972) was in the harmful effects of methyl mercury, a mold

fungicide. It is on file at the Univ. of Illinois,

regardless of the misinformation you may have read planted

falsely by insurance industry lies. Yet, some of my clients

in mold exposure cases are Hartford Insurance, Allstate,

State Farm, various contractors and builders and a major

hotel chain. So I am not the enemy just because I also take

plaintiff cases. Twenty six years of testifying in federal

and state courts all over the US for and against the

insurance industry ia bound to have resulted in me making a

few enemies. I can understand that, and feel sorry for

those who have to earn their living attacking others.
