Help...Can GSE Cause Hives? Son Getting Weird Rash.

I gave my son 3 drops of GSE in his afternoon juice when he got home

from school about 3 pm. Now he is getting weird rash on his forearms

which now seems to be spreading to his upper legs and chest.

Can anyone help?
