Hi

I believe that it may help some people, but for some people who have heavy metal

toxicity it may make things worse, possibly redistributing metals. Glutathione

is low in generally anyone who is sick as the body uses it up at a very fast

rate in a bid to get well giving more in whatever form is likely to go the same

way, but it may well help some people. Giving NAC 4 parts to 2 parts glutamine

and 1 part glycine

can raise glutathione, but still carries the same risks as above, but in theory

at least it should be GFCF.

Hi ,

My daughter has been taking whey protein for the past five years and it has been

one of the best supplements I've given her. Good quality whey is essential. We

use True Whey by Source Naturals. Her metals burden has been significantly

decreased, not redistributed. She is very casein intolerant but there is no

casein in properly produced whey. I would definitely give it a try.

I used Jay Robb Whey Protein Powder. It is cf. It was very good for my son.

I use GI Pro starter to make yogurt, then hang it in the bag to make sour cream.

Is the whey that is left in this high or low in casein? I'd thought it was high

in it, so have in recent months been throwing it out. We are on Trienza, etc,

so I guess if it has some casein in it it would be OK. All this considered,

should I be including it to boost the health of my insufficiently nourished

girls (preparing to chelate).

Thanks,
