am an adult and would like to see if enzymes will help help with yeast

issues. I have no idea where to start. I am diabetic Type 2 and will sometimes

get white in corners of my mouth when I looked it up it said it could be

candida. I have stopped SUGAR intake and stopped pasta etc.. But I wonder

more about enzymes now and how they could help - don'

t they break down food a little more? I feel foolish asking now, but I

really don't know and when you go into place I feel awkward asking.

The GFCF was better for me than for my autistic son actually, but I heard

a woman say once she gives her son enzymes before special treats, so it

made me wonder if it would help me with this issue.

The enzymes I used for food issues are not the same enzymes that I used for

yeast overgrowth issues.

I used HNI enzymes for foods, and Enzymedica Candidase [and a few other things

that were not enzymes] to control yeast.
