peeling fingers and toes...

My son keeps picking at his fingers and the skin is very dry and actually

starting to get like abrasions. His toes are the same way and some are red and

look very thin skinned and painful. It seems like extremely dry skin.

What can cause this? I notice he is picking at his fingers a lot!
