Guest guest
I have my 4yo on 1/4 tablet GSE 125mg (equivalent to about 3 drops of liquid GSE). I started it with once a day for 1 week, then twice a day for another week. I just reduced it to once a day again as I saw great results and it seems to be under control. Since reducing it to once a day, he's been binging on carbs! I know it's the yeast getting hungry again! And it's impossible to keep him away from these foods as I'm not watching him like a hawk every minute while we're at someone's house. I'm not very comfortable with long-term use of GSE, so I would like to know which is the safest long-term supplement (he's already on probiotics but not ones that kill yeast)? So far I'm aware of: Candidase Threelac (I'm reluctant about this one as I read something about it being bad because it's a soil-based bacteria ) Candex I'm looking at options here also and wanted to know what your opinions are: http://www.enzymestuff.com/conditionbacteria.htm TIA!
