Going off GFCF

My daughter has been on a strict GFCF diet for a little over a year

now. She is NT with the exception that she has what is now a mild mild

case of Tourettes...

She is however in highschool and is taking a trip with her school next

month to sing at Carnigie Hall. It will be impossible for her to stay

gfcf during that time. I won't be there to help her out and the hotels

they are staying at don't have kitchens...

I have her on Enzymedica's gluten ease and on Houstoni's Trienza both.

(We rotate them because of her severe intollerances to so many

things...) She also takes No-fenol. We have always done these along

with a gluten free casein free corn free and soy free diet. She also

has issues with several other things like oranges and such...

My question is ... she ate a baked potato this weekend and reacted very

poorly to it. (had butter on it.) She got very stuffy and miserable

within an hour ... and her tics increased to unbearable points giving

her a headache and making her dizzy...

Is there anything that could help her more? She also suffers badly

with seasonal allergies... and takes allergy shots once a week.

Any suggestions anyone???
