Guest guest
Hi Joy! I've been taking Borage Oil for about 7 years. My dermatologist recommended it when I was diagnosed with psoriasis. It's a good source of Omega 6 fatty acid / gamma lineic fatty acid. I only take one a day. When I skipped a few weeks, I noticed a big difference in my skin and in my energy levels. If you can, buy it from a health food store rather than the drug store -- you'll get a better quality product at a better price. -- ===================================================== Stein WEBSITE: http://www.noblefusion.com/astein BLOG: http://www.livejournal.com/users/astein142/ ----------------------------------------------------- __________________________________________________
Guest guest
I tried for a bit and didn't find much difference. But I do try to eat as much as possible in the manner the author suggests...there is some great data in the book with regard to how the fish oils, etc, work to combat inflammation... [ ] Borage Oil I was reading this book, Inflammation Nation and they mention taking Borage Oil capsules with each meal. Guest guest
Can borage oil be bought in liquid (as opposed to pill or gelcap) form? Any idea on which is preferable? I am assuming liquid, as with cod liver oil. Also, do you have recommendations on the best place to buy this oil? Thanks in advance!Blessings, a

I've used a skin lotion that contains borage oil (from Shikai), and it does reduce the face burning symptom that I've gotten from computer use. And prior to this, I got similar benefits from taking evening primrose capsules. Marc
