Guest guest Posted June 29, 2000 Report Share Posted June 29, 2000 Personally I feel really lousy/yucky if I don't eat red meat at leat 4-5 times a week. I have tried eliminating it and felt really bad. I have done without for various reasons - and always am miserable. As soon as I eat some red meat, I start feeling good/normal again. There is something that " I " need in there. I know that not everyone has the same reaction tho. Diane If at first you don't succeed, redefine success.
