Each state has different rules for their medicaid waiver programs. I have been

trying to navigate the maze in our state and still haven't figured it out yet.

I have a contact name, but haven't been able to reach him yet.

Subject: Childrens Waiver - please help

Does anyone have the children's waiver? Can you PLEASE explain it to me. One

person said it is straight medicaid and has " NO magical meaning " . Another told

me it opens up more resources. What is the truth and where can I get a DETAILED

description of the waiver and the services it covers! The .gov site does not

offer clear details either. This whole process is frustrating at best. We have

been told that the waiver doesn't cover ABA either, what is the truth?

Sorry for the long email. Thanks for your help
