Guest guest
If your lawyer is working on contingency, he has no right to make you do his research. You must of course but it is imperative that you get a toxicologist, acceptable under Daubert standards in court, to testify and supply all such information. I know of only two who do so at this time although I am sure there are more: Ray Singer in Santa Fe and Lipsey in ville, Fla. Lipsey has a lab and is a professor of toxicology at the University there. Ray is is neurotoxicologist who can also testify to damage done to the individual. For chemical knowledge, Lipsey is likely more respected but for effects on you, Singer is the better bet. They have worked together on cases I believe. Each has a website. For data, there is a chemical data base at Panna.org ATSDR.org or com I forget which EPA.gov has one also HAZDAT Go to Steve Tvedten's site also for listings of links. Getipm.com or www.thebestalternatives.com You need professional assistance, not lay opinions and your lawyer must get with it!
