Need help/advice - what do we do?

Hi everyone. Two years ago, we bought a brand new " spec " home - we

were the first to live in it. I was 5 months pregnant at the time,

and our son was 18 months. From the moment we moved in, our son

stopped eating, and began to have " weird " other symptoms (asthma,

sinus infections, rashes, etc). Fast forward 5 months and our

daughter is born. Within the first six months of her life, she had

had 2 lung infections, 4 ear infections, 2 sinus infections, and

would never willingly eat.

Fast forward 1.5 years, and we have an air quality test. It shows

trace presence of aspergilus/penicilium molds. We file a claim with

our insurance carrier. They find a leak. We still don't have any

visual mold - just know it's in the air. In the meantime, we find

out from a neighbor that just prior to us moving in, there was a pipe

that broke and flooded a room upstairs (my son's room), and went all

the way through to the room below. The neighbor said it was so bad

that the foundation had to be repaired. Needless to say, the builder

never disclosed this fact.

Now the builder has done their air quality test, and it only shows

trace molds as well, but theirs includes stachybotrys. Where do we

go from here? Our doctor advised us a month ago to move out, and we

did. But what do you do when you know it's in the air, but don't

know where it is?

Any advice would be extremely appreciated!
