I ordered two kits and I'm on my second kit. I saw some mucoid plaque come out along with other matter...But, I felt that it wasn't powerful enough, so I got a stronger system; " The Colon Cleansing Kit " by Blessed Herbs. It requires a five day fast but it was no problem because the herbs mixed with apple juice made me feel full all day and I had all the energy I needed. I felt no weakness. The big difference to me was A LOT MORE mucoid plaque came out of me when I did the CCK by blessed herbs. In fact, all four days that I was on it I had mucoid plaque come out. None came out on my first day on it, of course. It's a five day program for each kit. It is recommended that you buy two kits for ten days to get a more thorough cleansing. I am fascinated with colon cleansing and have felt eager for some time to do some form of it.Right now I basically have no health issues except fatigue from not being able to sleep through boiling hot nights and a light coating of white on my tongue. I have a good poop every morning. But I do intuit that my colon could use a clean sweep.A concern I have is that I generally react very acutely to cleanses. ie. After the second intro dose of the Yeast Busters Kit, I was vomiting profusely.
