Guest guest
Hi, our son has problems staying asleep at night. I had never heard of time release melatonin. Is it sold everywhere and I haven't seen it, or only in some places? I need to try this! Thanks, Liz T. Our 9 year old son (AS) takes a 3mg time release every night. Our daughter has a hard time swallowing things so she gets the sublingual. Our son has problems with waking in the middle of the night, so he takes the time release. We can supplement his with an additional 1mg sublingual if he's having trouble falling asleep. Hope that helps! Beth
