Seems there is not announcement being made as was previously stated by somebody's email to me.

The Senator does not have an announcement planned about either mold bill. We did do a press release when the Senator's bill was filed, but as we are still waiting for a hearing to be scheduled, there are no additional announcements planned. I will let you know when I have a hearing date, and please feel free to contact me if you have any other questions.
