Besty,

If they file an eviction you can always ask for a

counter claim form and file a counterclaim for

retalitory eviction. Be sure to request enought to

cover the cost of storage and your move.

If it is the Tarrant County Courthouse. There are some

good people there. Be sure and let them know about the

" snake upstairs " that should do it.
