For those of us who have personally suffered or who have loved ones who have suffered from exposure to toxic levels of mold, THERE IS NOTHING MORE IMPORTANT THAN TO GET OFF A LETTER TO CONGRESSMAN CONYERS BY MAY 8TH. When you go to the sample letter section of Melinda's website, a security box may appear on the screen. Just cancel it and you will go right to the samples. If you choose to write your own original letter, that's fine too. Spread the word to those in your circle. The more letters the congressman gets, the more he will be solidly convinced to push this legislation through passage.

Thanks,

Mulvey son

Dear Friends:

We all have an important opportunity to help one of our U.S. Congressmen get

important toxic mold legislation passed.

Action is required. There's a deadline so PLEASE do this right away.

Go to the Policyholders of America link below and PLEASE be someone who makes

a difference. We can't sit on the sidelines on this one!

Highlights of the federal toxic mold safety and protection act are provided

on our site.

http://www.policyholdersofamerica.org/legislate.html

Hit " click here for complete call to action " which is highlighted in pink.

Sample letters are provided for your convenience but feel free to modify

these letters to meet your specific needs. There is a letter applicable in

five situations: insurance bad faith, builder issues, nondisclosure by

previous homeowner, workplace exposure and school exposure.

Thanks.

Melinda Ballard
