Higher than normal IgA result

Hi,

My DS (4.2) was dx'ed with HFA, hyperlexia and just got a whole bunch of blood

work done. His IgA came out higher than normal, at 234 where normal range is

21-128 mg/dL. I'm wondering if the fact that he's having a cold has anything to

do with it, and that he had flu shots back in December. Does anyone out there

know?
