Your criticism about putting information about

Dr. Lipsey on this listserve is misplaced.

The information about Dr. Lipsey is useful

for people looking for a credible and trustworthy

person to not only test dwellings and other structures,

but to do so in a manner that will hold up in court.

Lipsey is the only expert in this field in Florida that

is sure to represent individuals -- and not have

a bias towards corporate interests. This is

a major problem in this state. I do believe he

now travels to other states as well. But here in

Florida, other industrial hygienists and toxicologists

work primarily for the construction and chemical

industries. Lipsey is also an excellent and expert

witness for plaintiffs who wish to pursue litigation.

A person of his credibility and experience is hard

to find.

I have no connections to him, but have heard

about him for nearly 11 years via the Chemical

Injury Information Network and persons in Florida

who have been injured by pesticides.
