Guest guest Posted May 1, 2008 Report Share Posted May 1, 2008 Hi, I have had the gaps book for some time, but now is the time I simply must put it into practice, if not I don't know what is going to happen. I am trying to re-read the book as it is a lot to take in. I have a couple of questions; Is Barley Green Grass ok? I can't find any mention of this in her book. I can only take small quantities, but I really hope it'll help. I think I may have gallstones, is it possible these will go on the diet? I realise now that my gut not absorbing fats has probably done this to my liver, but can it be undone, or is it too late once you have the gallstones?
