Guest guest
Hi . . . I think it is different for everyone. Some folk who have systems unused to fermented foods and/or drinks need to start very slowly in quantity and how often they take it, and whether on a full stomach or empty. For others, whose systems are accustomed to sauerkraut, kimchi, misos, yogurts, kefir, and fermented drinks and probably have good gut flora, can afford to start off drinking more and use more frequently. If you have a sensitive digestive system, or have been ill and taking lots of medication, or you are very young or elderly or pregnant, you may also want to experiment very carefully to start with. IMHO, it is a powerful tonic (medicinal) drink, and should be introduced to your life with respect and care. If it is for you, your body will respond very positively; if it is not for you, your body will let you know over a period of time. Happy Fermenting! Guest guest
Today I recieved the results of faecestests of my son: antigliadine is okay this time!! He is taking enzymes and is sometimes eating gluten while he is allergic for gluten!! I am so glad!! His fat-digestion is better than before, but still not okay. I think that means I have to give him more enzymes. Now he still has itching ears after drinking soymilk, is there anything I can do to solve this problem? He takes the following enzymes: Zycarb, NoFenol and Peptizyde. Last question: my son is having virusses and candida. He takes 2 Candidase and 3 Virastop 3 times a day. (I increased this slowly during 5 weeks till this amount)Today is the second day he is taking this much, and again, like yesterday, he feels sick. Could this be a side effect of the enzymes? What should I do? Can anyone advise me? Thanks, Nicoline
